After your consultation, we send you a simple WhatsApp measurement guide with illustrated instructions. You measure yourself at home and send us the numbers — bust, waist, hips, shoulder width, and length. No tailor visit needed.
Delivery times depend on the tier. Everyday pieces (AED 300–500) take 2–3 weeks. Occasion and formal pieces take 3–4 weeks. Couture and bespoke pieces take 4–6 weeks. We always confirm the exact timeline before you confirm your order.
Yes — we ship across the GCC and to India, Pakistan, and the UK. Delivery charges apply for international orders. Please mention your country when you enquire and we will confirm the shipping cost and timeline.
Absolutely. Raneen is a growing brand and we are not limited to set colours or fabrics. During consultation we discuss your preferences and source accordingly. If you have a specific colour or fabric in mind, share it with us and we will do our best to match it.
Because every piece is made to your measurements, we do not accept returns. However, if there is a fit issue due to our crafting, we will alter the piece at no charge. We photograph and record all measurements before cutting to ensure accuracy.
All Raneen pieces should be dry-cleaned or gently hand-washed in cold water. Never machine wash embroidered pieces. Store folded on a soft surface rather than on a hanger to preserve embroidery shape. A care instruction card is included with every order.
We accept bank transfer, cash on delivery within UAE, and payment via WhatsApp Pay. A 50% deposit is required to begin your order, with the balance due upon completion. We confirm all payment details over WhatsApp.
